Civil Design Pty Ltd is led by our founder and director, Kanchana Withana, a Chartered Professional Engineer with 20 years of civil engineering experience, primarily within Melbourne’s local government sector.

Under Kanchana’s leadership, our 7 person team brings together more than 60 years of combined experience in civil infrastructure design and delivery. We pride ourselves on blending technical expertise with practical, real-world insight to help councils and communities achieve better outcomes.
